Intraday calls for 20-1-2014

Markets likely to open Flat,resistance for nifty at 6300 and support at 6221

 If market remains Strong Buy Apollo Tyres{ continue holding } For target of 115.3 stoploss at 111

 If market Remains strong  Buy FRl with target of 86.8 stoploss at 81

 Contine to Hold Sesa sterlite and Hind zinc

 Accumulate Idea cellular on dips

 If index slips short Bharti airtel with target of 308 stoploss at 315

 Calls are based on Technical analysis,and Do note that technicals doesnt assure returns and is only a Predicted  direction based on the past Movements of the scrip.

      Hello ,till ex dividend the scrip can be range bound,after that it would fall by the dividend price.

      Hello all the scrips were bullish which turned negative few sessions back,Accumulate idea,see limited downside for it,Biocon is safe bet but wait for a correction,Dishtv has fell without volumes on news so we need a conformation,sail is hold,Voltas void it for few sessions,trading near support levels.

    want your views on nmdc. can it be entered for a target of 155+ in 1-2 months term. Pattern wise, after forming a rectangle can we expect a breakout on upper side soon ?

    Regarding sail, has it formed a double top or is it on the verge of an inverse head and shoulder pattern ?

      Hello suraj,The wrong thing with Nmdc is it has high upper and lower wings,this creates confusion,But chart shows that it has not sustained above 145 for a time,it has seen falls from those levels,so once it closes above 148,expect buying pressure.
      Sail is moving with news flows and futures is trading at discount or no premium,conformation is awaited to buy.

      Hello,the problem with option is its loosing time value as expiry is near,wen we are near expiry the option trades with more intrisinic value and less of time value,though its bullish scrip,option carries risk of eroding profit with time,try to book early out,its bullish

    My sincere suggestion is to avoid replying to comments from people who are harsh in their words with you. You are providing free service and it's ridiculous on their part to demand something from you. Keep up the good work Hari.

    Those involved in stock market should have a mind set to enjoy profits as well as book losses without playing a blame game. Hari, you don't have to take the pain of considering unnecessary comments on the board or simply delete them so that they will think twice before demanding an explanation of a call. Bad are few and good are many. We all stand for you Hari.

      Hello Gokulo,hold it for now,Dont go for shorts when nifty is green and making highs as bears canot tighten their grip in bull market becuase retailers start buying seeing niftys movement,if at all go for short wen its at high like 3 points up from previous close.

    GM Hariji,

    Superb FRL call Hariji. Reached target when the market was down & still moving upwards....... Hats off to you !

    Need advice on Renuka sugars (700@ 21.70) , Hind Zinc (200 @135.48) & HDFC(60@845). These I am holding for last 2-3 months. They are almost reached my buyng price. Any up move left in these stocks or shall I exit at this level & book minimal loses.

      Gm alwyn,Welcome.
      Hind zinc you can hold it for a while because there is strong news flow in it and many are buying into it,if deal materializes it can move further higher.
      Hdfc bank is risky bet at current levls of index but its good and strong short term bet,avoid renuka i dont suggest buying it.

      All the above picks are good for long term,if you have 1-2 years time horiozon you can get significant returns,However sell lic and jain on rise as you can get them at lower levels in market corrections.

      We are facing resistance at 6330,and not able to sustain above that,most of the private banks are part of index,so we need to see banks along with index,so can say that banks are riskier bets now as we are on the verge of break out.
